The acceptance of your order will be carried out successfully when the charges have been made to your card and you have verified the availability of the product.
DELIVERIES
When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a message to the email and/or a message to the cell phone number (information specified at the time of your purchase), about the link and the corresponding guide, which will allow you to track your package to through the carrier's website.
Delivery time will be estimated at 3 to 7 business days nationally and 7 to 15 business days internationally, in both situations it may take a little longer due to factors external to Black Bison.
Orders placed will be sent the next business day after the purchase is made, as long as there are no problems with payment and available stock. Orders placed after business days or on Friday after 12 pm GMT - 5 will be shipped the following Monday (non-holiday) or failing that the nearest business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Colombian national holidays.
The delivery times indicated are only indicative. We cannot guarantee that delivery to a specific destination will arrive within the stipulated time frame. Reasons not manageable by BLACK BISON such as delays at customs, high flow of shipments by the carrier, incomplete or erroneous shipping information, shipment diversion, non-availability or refusal of the recipient to make the delivery or pay the duties. and taxes if requested.
We recommend grouping all items in a single purchase so that your order arrives complete in the same shipment.
Please note that the courier service may require deliveries to be signed for, for this reason an adult and authorized person is requested at the time of distribution.
The logistics carrier offers the service of shipping up to two more times (generally consecutive days) if on the first occasion the order was not received at the delivery address. If the carrier reports any news with the delivery of the order, we will contact you immediately to notify you, to the number provided at the time of purchase or via email. If for any reason, external to Black Bison and/or the carrier, the product is not delivered and is returned to us, the value of the new shipment must be assumed by the customer.
You should note that we do not deliver to addresses other than the one provided at the time of purchase. Tracking your order may not be available on the website immediately, as the carrier must update its systems with the information we provide. The system is usually updated 4 to 12 hours after the tracking number is sent, therefore, when checking the tracking of your order, keep the above in mind.
We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipping, but we do our best to protect all the products we ship.

SHIPPING RATES
We make free shipments to main cities in Colombia with amounts greater than $200,000 COP, paying through our digital platforms or bank transfers.
They do not apply to cash on delivery shipments, these will have an additional cost, which the buyer must assume the value of for this service. Its price varies according to the coverage of the area by the carrier. This service is not available on the page, it must be requested through WhatsApp to the number +573042575049. The amount must be paid in advance to be able to ship, and at the time of delivery the value of the product must be paid in cash to the carrier. In cash on delivery shipping you will only be able to open the package once the product has been paid to the carrier. Cash on delivery does not apply to promotions, days without VAT or purchases worth less than $100.00 pesos.
International shipments will have a cost that varies according to the destination country, which will be reflected at the time of purchase. Additionally, tariffs and taxes will be charged according to the nation where the product will be imported, which will be paid to the carrier. Customs costs are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping rates are non-refundable if delivery is not completed.
ORDER CHANGES BEFORE SHIPPING
If you wish to make changes to your order (product, delivery address, or others) you must do so before it is processed. Orders are generally processed within the day the purchase is made, according to our business schedules.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
Shipments for exchange on the first occasion are divided, the shipment of the footwear that is desired to be exchanged is assumed by the customer and we cancel the new exchange pair. Shipping for changes in day without VAT, promotions, discounts or offers, are assumed by the customer in their entirety. For more information about products with discount prices, go here . The package must be sent with a tracked/signature courier service, to ensure the safe arrival of the return. Please retain a copy of the receipt as proof of shipping.
If a second return of the same order is requested, we reserve the right to accept or reject the second request or if the customer wishes a refund after an exchange. If a second change is accepted, the client must assume the value of the two shipments (that of sending to the company and returning to them).
SHIPPING IN PRE OR LAUNCH OF PRODUCTS
Shipping of pre-release or launch products may take longer than usual.
SHIPMENTS ON PROMOTIONAL DATES
We will ship the sneakers starting on the first business day after the dates of the events by purchase order, with a maximum period of up to two weeks. Possible shipping delays are related to the purchase volume on the days of the event and/or high season for carriers.
The shipping cost for changes on these dates is the responsibility of the customer, as it is a promotional or offer product.
Products purchased on the day without VAT that wish to be exchanged are accepted according to Decree 1314 of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit: “when the return or refund of the value of the good is generated, the new purchase will not be covered with the exemption in sales tax (VAT), unless it is done on another day that this benefit applies.”
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
BLACK BISON offers international shipping. Shipments outside of Colombia may owe import duties that must be paid to the carrier. VAT will be charged at 0% on international sales at checkout.
International orders are sent EXW through the carrier DHL, according to which the buyer must be responsible for the import costs. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. This value varies according to the destination country and the value of the order. Please check with your local customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchase.
Customers will be responsible for the return of any packages due to unpaid customs charges or taxes.
We will not be responsible for your failure to comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. We reserve the right not to ship to countries prohibited by applicable export laws.
Postal charges, shipping costs, return costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deducted from any refund.

UNEXPECTED EVENTS
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery due to reasons or events beyond our reasonable control.
Causes of force majeure that are beyond our reasonable control are:
- Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
- Civil unrest, revolt, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war or preparations for war.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
- Impossibility of using means of transportation (boats, airplanes, trains, etc.) whether public or private.
- Inability to use public or private telecommunication systems.
- Decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
- High volume of shipments, warehouses collapsed by the carrier.
For these reasons, the suspension will be understood during the period of time that the cause of force majeure continues and an extension of deadlines will be available to comply with pending obligations for a period of time, to the same extent as the cause of force majeure lasts. or failing that, a solution that allows us to comply with our obligations.
BLACK BISON is not responsible for any import taxes or tariff charges issued by your country's import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by BLACK BISON in any way.
